How soon can I get an appointment?
Appointment availability depends on the day, time, and the type of treatment you need. For urgent problems, we do our best to see you as quickly as possible. When you contact us, please mention if your case is an emergency (pain, swelling, broken tooth).
How long will it take to get a response to my online enquiry?
During working hours, our team aims to respond as soon as possible. Enquiries sent outside working hours are answered on the next working day.
I live abroad. Should I contact you before booking flights?
Yes. If you are travelling from the GCC or Europe, we recommend contacting us first with X-rays and details of your case. We will then suggest a provisional treatment plan and recommend how many days you should plan to stay in Cairo.
Can I book for more than one family member at the same time?
Yes. Many families book multiple appointments on the same day. Please mention how many people need to be seen and their ages so we can allocate enough time.
Which branch should I choose?
Both branches maintain the same standards. Choose Heliopolis if you prefer central Cairo or proximity to the airport; choose New Cairo if you live or are staying in the newer districts and compounds. If you are not sure, select "Either branch is fine" and we will suggest the most convenient option.
